If your delivery address is different from your ship to address we may require you to contact your credit card company and list the ship to address as an alternate address. This protects both you and us from possible fraud.

To receive a shipping quote, simply add the item to the shopping cart, enter your zip code and click on “Calculate Shipping”.  All shipping charges quoted on the website apply to the Continental United States only!  If your location requires a ferry to access there may be additional charges.  For shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please call 800-706-0007 or email (sales@amroyal.com)

Availability quoted on our website is an average time of when the product will ship.  Please allow transit time.  Average nationwide transit time is 5 to 7 business days.  Local delivery times average 2 to 3 days. 

Nationwide Shipments:

We ship with many different carriers depending on size, weight, and location.  Standard nationwide truck shipments are curb side deliveries.  Package service deliveries are usually brought to your door.  If you require an inside delivery or any other special delivery arrangements, please call us at 800-706-0007.  Additional charges may apply.

Most major appliances delivered in our local area are brought into your home and uncrated.  One flight of stairs is included in the delivery.  Charges may apply for additional flights of stairs.  Installation is available for Ranges and Laundry Products.  Removal of your disconnected appliance is also available.  Please call us with any questions you may have.

Pickups:

Pickup is available at our main warehouse in Fairfield, NJ for most items.  If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us ahead of time so we may arrange for the item to be ready.  New Jersey law requires us to collect New Jersey Sales Tax on all pickups (regardless of your home state) and deliveries shipped to destinations inside New Jersey.
