Description Technical Specs   PRG366EG Pro Grand 36" 6-Burner All-Gas Range wit   Features Stainless Steel Body Patented, sealed, brass Star Burners distribute heat evenly. Fast Time-to-Boil because of the unique Star Burner five-point design directs heat evenly from the center of the pan out to the edges. Of the 6 total number of burners, two are ExtraLow simmer burners (370-15,000BTU) and four range from 2,000 - 15,000 BTUs. Commercial-Style Temperature Gauge for easy reference at a glance Stainless Steel Knobs (Black or Blue Knob Kits (KNOBBLKG or KNOBBLUG) are also available options - sold separately.)  Electronic Oven Control Extra-Large-Capacity Convection Oven (30,000 BTU bake burner, 17,000 BTU infrared broiler)              Self-Cleaning Oven with 2-Hour Rapid Cycle Optional 12" Low Back (LB36R) may be ordered separately. Optional 22" Pot & Pan Shelf (HS36R) may be ordered separately. Either optional back is required if there is greater than 12" horizontal clearance to a combustible back wall.  Island Trim (IT36R) is available if fitting the range into a counter niche. Professional style ventilation is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
