PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No Interest if Paid Within Promotional Period (minimum monthly payments required) (With Payments/Deferred Interest)

On promo purchase, monthly payments required, but no finance charges will be assessed if (1) promo purchase paid in full within the promotional period reflected on the front side of this form, (2) any minimum monthly payments on account paid when due, and (3) account balance does not exceed credit limit.  Otherwise, promo may be terminated & finance charges assessed from purchase date. On promotions requiring a minimum payment, payments over the minimum will usually be applied to those promo balances before non-promo and other balances.  If you have a non-promo balance, this may reduce the benefit from the promo.  If you want to change this allocation, please call Customer Service.

Equal Payment/No Interest Optional Finance Plan

Fixed monthly payments equal to 1/18^th, 1/24^th, 1/36^th, 1/48^th, or 1/60^th of initial promo purchase amount are required until expiration or termination of promotion, but no finance charges will be assessed if (1) promo purchase paid in full in 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months, (2) any minimum monthly payments on account paid when due, and (3) account balance does not exceed credit limit.  Otherwise, promo may be terminated.

Fixed Payment Optional Finance Plan

Fixed monthly payments equal to 8.7911% for 12 Months, 6.0052% for 18 Months, 4.6140% for 24 Months, 3.2262% for 36 Months, 2.5358% for 48 Months or 2.1242% for 60 Months required, but finance charges will be applied to promo balance at the reduced fixed daily periodic rate of .02736% (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 9.99%) if (1) promo purchase paid in full in 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months, (2) any minimum monthly payments on account paid when due, and (3) account balance does not exceed credit limit.  Otherwise, promo may be terminated.

Standard terms apply to non-promo purchases, optional charges & existing accounts.  Subject to approval by GE Money Bank.
